ImmersaCore LLC was founded by Dr. Alanzo Granville to deliver the kind of technical leadership that organizations need but rarely find, the rare combination of deep engineering expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on execution. Based in Huntsville, Alabama the heart of the nation’s defense and aerospace technology corridor ImmersaCore serves clients across the defense, enterprise, academia, and immersive technology sectors.

We believe the best technology outcomes happen when senior technical leaders stay close to the work. ImmersaCore doesn’t send junior consultants or hand off to subcontractors. Every engagement is led personally by Dr. Granville, ensuring clients receive PhD-level technical depth and executive-caliber strategic guidance from day one.

Leadership

Dr. Alanzo Deon Granville Founder & Principal Dr. Granville is a platform architect, technical leader, scientist, engineer, and executive consultant with deep expertise in XR, real-time simulation, software development, hardware, and distributed systems engineering. He holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, PhD in Interdisciplinary and Computational Engineering and completed the Wharton School’s CTO Executive Program, bringing both rigorous technical depth and strategic business acumen to every engagement. His career spans leadership roles across defense, enterprise technology, software, systems, academia, and immersive systems where he has architected platform-scale solutions, led cross-functional engineering teams, and driven organizational transformation through emerging technology adoption. His technical toolkit includes Unity, Unreal Engine, C#, C++, Python, GPU pipeline engineering, cloud platforms, research, software and hardware integration, and many other science and technology based disciplines. Dr. Granville is passionate about mentoring senior developers and engineering leaders, believing that great technology organizations are built by investing in people as much as platforms. He brings this mentorship-first approach to every client engagement, building lasting capability within the teams he works with.
